We’ve all been “added” by Tumblr users that are obviously fake pages.
However, recently I got added by an account that redirected me to a new login page that looked exactly like Tumblr’s page. It asked me to re-enter my username and password, since this new follower had adult content. But if you look closely, the URL is not part of Tumblr.
I believe this is a scam, to steal passwords. Don’t fall for it!

Update from Tumblr Support: “You may have recently seen other Tumblr blogs showing a Tumblr login page and claiming to need to revalidate your account credentials in order for you to see adult content. This login page is a fake. Please do not enter your login credentials into such a page….”
